Wallpaper purchases are digital products. After a successful payment, the website verifies the transaction and provides access to the purchased download files.
Refunds
Because digital files can be downloaded immediately, refunds are generally not offered after successful download access has been provided, except where required by law or where the file is materially defective and TechCore cannot provide a working replacement.
PC repair estimates
Prices shown for PC repair services are starting prices, not guaranteed final quotes. Final cost may depend on diagnosis, time, parts, device condition, and the scope of work. Parts are not included unless explicitly stated.
Backups and data risk
Customers should back up important data before repair whenever possible. Hardware and software troubleshooting can involve inherent risks, including existing drive failure, data corruption, or the need to reinstall software. Any specific data-handling expectations should be discussed before service begins.
Appointments
Contact TechCore and receive confirmation before bringing in any device. Submission of the website form does not automatically create an appointment.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass payment verification, access another customer’s download, abuse the repair form, or interfere with the website’s security or operation.
