Information you provide
Repair requests may include your name, email address, phone number, device information, preferred contact method, and description of the problem. This information is used to respond to your request and manage the repair conversation.
Payments
Card payment details are handled by the connected payment processor. TechCore does not intentionally store full card numbers in the website’s own data files.
Repair request storage
When the website is hosted with its built-in server, submitted repair requests are saved to the private owner dashboard. Access to that dashboard is password-protected.
Sharing
TechCore does not sell repair-request information. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud, or protect rights and safety.
Data retention
Repair requests may be retained as long as reasonably needed to provide support, maintain records, and resolve disputes. The owner can change request status through the dashboard.
